About Kerala
Kerala has developed a unique & hybrid model model of “Founding Investor”.
We partner with top entrepreneurs from the launch of their venture at a time where nothing exists: no client, product under construction etc. We like the times when everything’s possible and to be done! We also invest in a more “classic” mode at Seed stage.
Our startups have experienced tremendous success, growing from 0 to a total of 3,600 employees and raising 1.2 billion € of VC capital. Our ownership at start typically range from 10% to 20%.

Massive impact. We bring massive support leveraging our hypergrowth expertise + a unique methodology in hiring A players (support of 100+ recruitment since 2015). We are long term investors and systematically member of the Board
We are founding investor in Doctolib, Malt, Ouihelp, Skillup, Naturabuy and Sonnar
But we also work days after days with Avrio, Hostnfly, Indy, PickYourSkills, PlayPlay, Privateaser and Tracktor (as pre seed or seed investors)
What you'll do
The position is split into 4 main types of tasks.
Missions for Kerala Startups
Conduct consulting missions to back our entrepreneurs (with a direct business impact)
Those missions concern key topics: sales, product, marketing etc…
For our late-stage startups, those missions concern more finance and strategy topics
Missions for Kerala development
In-house analysis on overall Kerala investments performance and strategy
Specific consulting missions to prepare some of our participations’ board sessions
New investments & ventures
Analyze new opportunities of startups/concepts that will be initiated/backed by Kerala in 2023
Meet and work on the completion of founding teams
Recruitment
Manage F20, the Kerala hiring network. You’ll meet tens of super inspiring profiles to route them to the best jobs of our network
Assist the Kerala team and our startups in some key hiring processes
What we look for
At least a first meaningful professional experience in startup / finance / consulting
Genuine passion for entrepreneurship, startups and technology
Amazing interpersonal skills
Strong business sense
Organized, structured & concise
Fluent in French & English
Additional information
Location: Paris, France
Start date: February or March 2023
Compensation: 1700€ per month + lunch voucher (200€/month)
